Composite score. Each KPI is normalized as (actual − target) / target (sign-flipped for higher-is-better metrics). The composite is the average across all measured KPIs. Negative = beating targets; positive = behind.

Methodology
How scores and rankings are calculated
Sources. Scorecard Ranking (operational KPIs), Food Over Base (food-cost breakdown), KPI Targets, Customer Care, and the monthly P&L for PAC %.
Composite score. Each KPI is normalized as (actual − target) / target (sign-flipped for higher-is-better metrics). The composite is the average across all measured KPIs. Negative = beating targets; positive = behind.
